| In 1998, Pensacola Christian College attempted to cash in on the prevailing momentum by releasing a three-part video series entitled The Leaven in Fundamentalism: A History of the Bible Text Issue in Fundamentalism. Dr. Dell Johnson, who conducted the seminar (assisted by Dr. Theodore Letis), ended his remarks by ridiculing Final Authority, misrepresenting the author, maligning other KJV advocates and blatantly contradicting himself. By the time PCC had decided to jump on the KJV bandwagon, Final Authority was already in its ninth printing, being used as a textbook in numerous Bible institutes, colleges and seminaries. |
